The Randolph Fire Department hereby announces the retirement of Lieutenant Thomas Labelle. Lieutenant Labelle served the Randolph community for 30+ years. Lieutenant Labelle was appointed to the Randolph Fire Department in 1990 and promoted to lieutenant in 2008. We would like to thank you for you service to the community and wish you a happy and healthy retirement.
